  • This exclusive event welcomes The Agency agents from around the world.

  • All attendees will be required to register and purchase a ticket to attend FORUM. Your attendance purchase will be monitored through a newly designed digital wristband system to ensure everyone at the event series has purchased their attendee ticket and is a true guest of The Agency. Any individual without the digital wristband will be subject to onsite ticket fees. No exceptions.

  • Guests are welcome to join the evening cocktail events. ALL plus-ones must purchase a guest pass. Guests will receive a unique digital wristband that will grant them access to the included events below.

    Plus-Ones are only Invited to Attend the Following Events:

    3/17 Welcome Reception

    3/18: Happy Hour

    3/19: Closing Event

  • All deadlines are communicated below. There will be no exceptions to these deadlines.

    Ticket Deadlines:

    FORUM Pass

    • After February 10th, 2025: $1750 (Up from $1399)

    FORUM Plus-One Pass

    • After February 10th, 2025: $2100 (Up from $1750)

    FORUM Golf: First come, first serve [72 spots]

    All tickets, including extra-curricular passes, may be fully refunded until February 10th, 2024. Tickets will be nonrefundable beginning December 10thh, 2024, at midnight. *No exceptions

    Hotel Room Block Deadlines

    All rooms at JW Marriott are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our room block will be closed starting at midnight on February 10th, 2025. After February 10th, attendees are subject to the hotel’s standard public rate.

  • As this is a networking event for our agents, we highly encourage you to stay at the JW Marriott Palm Desert. While we don’t require it, it will make attending all events much more convenient.

  • All of our events will be hosted at JW Marriott Palm Desert. During our non-hosted events, you are encouraged to rent a car or rideshare to explore Palm Desert.
